Merrimac Governance Committee

The mission of the Merrimac Governance Committee is to ensure appropriate, effective, and accountable organizational structure of Merrimac Town Government for its residents and constituents and to recommend to the Select Board and Town Meeting the suggested changes. The Committee shall particularly look for potential conflict with current statutes and regulations, outdated methodologies and structures, best practices, gender neutrality, inefficiencies, conflicts within the By-Laws and other changes deemed necessary to ensure that the By-Laws are as efficient and responsive as possible.
