Water main break occurred today due to construction of the new water booster station. They are working as fast as they can to restore the water. Streets affected by the water break are: Hillside Ave, Pleasant view Ave, Thorndike Ave, Mountain Ave, Whittier Ave, Merrimac Ave, Fern Ave, Meadow Ave, Bisson Lane, Pine Bluff, and Oak Circle
They are working on repairing the break and restoring the water. Currently we do not have a time when that will happen. When they do restore the water, they will have to flush the lines. You may experience muddy discolored water for a time as it goes through the lines. Please run the water till clear. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and are working to fix the break as soon as possible.
