Merrimac Planning Board;
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41 Section 81 and 81T of the Massachusetts General Laws, and sections of Article 9, and Article 19 of the Merrimac Zoning By-law, the Merrimac Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday November 15, 2016 at 7:30PM at Merrimac Town Hall, 2 School Street, Merrimac, MA 01860, on the application of Gino DiGiacomo 215 Mill Street, Haverhill, MA 01830 for the Modification of an existing Special Permit & Site Plan Review of property located at 128 West main St., Merrimac, MA as shown on a plan dated August 22, 2016 by Millennium Engineering Inc., 62 Elm Street Salisbury, MA 01952. A Special Permit & Site Plan Review had been granted on October 28, 2008, which has been extended and remains in effect. The Petitioner proposes to remove the existing garage and construct a new 8 bay garage with a n attached office area. A copy of the plan and application are on file at the Office of the Town Clerk, 2 School Street, Merrimac, MA and may be inspected during regular business hours of that office. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
