In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41 Section 81 and 81T of the Massachusetts General Laws, and sections of Article 9, and Article 19 of the Merrimac Zoning By-law, the Merrimac Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday November 15, 2016 at 7:30PM at Merrimac Town Hall, 2 School Street, Merrimac, MA 01860, on the application of Lily Management Group, 296 Shawsheen Ave., Wilmington, MA 01887 for a Special Permit & Site Plan Review for the development of a commercial use building and multiple condominium style residences for property located at 118 East Main Street, Merrimac, Ma., 01860; As DRAWN ON A PLAN DATED September 29, 2016 by Cammett Engineering, 297 Elm Street, Amesbury, MA 01813. A copy of the plan and application are on file at the Office of the Town Clerk, 2 School Street, Merrimac, MA and may be inspected during regular business hours of that office. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
