Town Hall/Water & Sewer Department Billing Office is closed to the public until further notice. Office staff will be available to assist via email (preferred) and phone 978-265-7065

Quarterly bills will be mailed out April 1st and are due May 1st. Discount Date is April 15th. All payments can be made either by paying online through our website WWW.townofmerrimac.com
– click on Pay Bills and choose Water/Sewer. Payments can also be made via mail or left in our drop box which is located at the Town Hall front door to the right recessed into the wall.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CASH.
ALL METER CHANGES ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED. CLOSINGS FOR PROPERTY SALES WILL BE HANDLED ON CASE BY CASE BASIS. PLEASE EMAIL DETAILS OF YOUR REQUEST TO THE ABOVE EMAIL.
Hydrant flushing that was to be scheduled for April is temporarily suspended until further notice. We are trying to make it convenient to the public and not disrupt your lives any further.
The safety of our water operators and community is top priority. If you have an emergency and we need to enter your home, please be mindful and practice safe distancing during your appointment.
We will continue to review and adjust this policy as more information becomes available.
