For a Special Permit with Site Plan Review for the construction of a five-unit residential Multi-Family building located at 3A Central Street, Merrimac, MA. Shown on a plan dated 01/09/19 drawn by WGH Land Survey & Design, 83 West Main St., Merrimac, MA 01860. A copy of the application and plan are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, 2 School St., Merrimac MA and may be inspected during regular business hours of that office. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
