The Town of Merrimac Planning Board in accordance with MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5 and select sections of Article 1 of the Merrimac Zoning By-law will hold a Public hearing upon the request of the Merrimac Board of Selectmen to act on a Citizen Petition regarding a request to re-zone a parcel of Land located at 6 High Street as shown on Assessor’s Map 36 as Lots 2-4 and 2-3.A respectively, from the Agricultural Residential District to the Highway Services District and revise the Official Zoning Map to reflect that change. The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday December 4 ***in the second-floor meeting room of Town Hall, 2 School Street @ 7:15 PM. Text Maps may be viewed at the Planning Office and the Office of the Town Clerk during regular business hours of the offices.
